This specimen was designed for a handwritten font assignment. I began by writing and experimenting with the forms of the letters until I achieved the eerie look and movement I was aiming for. Once I completed my control characters (adhesionx, HOAESINDV) I scanned and brought them into Glyphs to use as reference to create my other letters. For the specimen, I utilized colors and a textured background that would best evoke the eerie yet mystical feel of my font.
